If you are the android user you can easily transfer chats from one
android to another.to do so please follow these steps from starting
to end.
1. first of all open your whatsapp application from your old android device .
2. After that you need to press "menu" button
3. Then click on "setting"
4. Simply here press "chat setting"
5. Here you see a option "Backup conversations " click on it
6. Now you make full backup simply close your whatsapp
7. Now simply connect your old phone to computer or laptop
8. When your pc recognize your old device navigate to your internal storage (sd card) and find the folder namely "whatsapp"
9. Simply copy this folder "whatsapp" and past it somewhere in your pc (you need this folder after some tine)
10. Now disconnect your old android device from computer .
11. now you need to connect your new android device to pc simply connect it with computer.
12. when your pc recognize your new android device navigate to internal memory (sd card of your device) and here you need to past that folder "whatsapp" which you copy in step 9
13. Now the time come for install whatsapp on your new android device ,download whatsapp for your new android phone
14. when you double click on whatsapp APK File it required to enter your mobile number simply enter your mobile no. in the box given ,and follow some instruction which are given on the screen
15. During the installation process, WhatsApp will automatically find your backup and ask you if you would like to restore it.simply click on restore button , Once restored, your old chats will appear on your new phone.
